Coffee Network supplies your coffee, milk and hot chocolate ingredients under the agreement, handles maintenance and servicing, and shows your team how to use and care for the machine.
Your team handles the daily routine.
Run the daily cleaning cycle, empty waste and the drip tray, and keep coffee, milk and other ingredients topped up. Follow the supplied milk-system cleaning and refrigeration guidance where applicable.
Your cups, your coffee break.
Use your own reusable mugs and spoons, or discuss disposable cups and other consumables with us.

BUSINESS-PAID QUESTIONS
A few useful details.
Is this only for offices?
No. A business can cover coffee for teams, customers or guests in workplaces, showrooms, waiting areas and other suitable spaces. Who pays is your choice; the venue type doesn’t decide the arrangement.
What does our business pay for?
Your business pays an agreed machine and service fee, plus charges for coffee, milk and hot chocolate ingredients used and any agreed consumables. We supply those ingredients under your agreement; they are not unlimited or included in the fixed fee. People using the station do not make individual payments.
Can we use our own mugs?
Yes. Your business can provide reusable mugs and spoons, with disposable cups and other consumables available as an agreed option. Your team keeps the serving area clean and follows the guidance for your chosen machine.
What happens when the machine needs servicing?
We handle maintenance and servicing. Contact the Coffee Network team at hellovendingnetwork@gmail.com with your location and the issue. Your team continues to handle routine daily cleaning and refilling.
What if we want people to buy their own drinks?
These machines also support pay-per-cup coffee. We can discuss the right arrangement for your space.
