01

Sell coffee.

For a busy venue, lower ingredient costs can leave more from each drink before hire and other costs. We assess the actual machine against your busiest period.

02

Provide a staff benefit.

For an office, focus on total service cost and the coffee people will use. Staff can enjoy drinks without making a payment at the station.

Plan for the real demand.

A higher regular fee needs a realistic usage estimate. Daily volume, peaks, menu and space all matter to the recommendation.

A few useful answers.

Is coffee machine hire the same as rental?

We use hire for our coffee machine rental service. With Coffee Machine Hire, you pay an agreed fixed hire/service charge, with ingredients and supplies charged under your agreement. Compare the full costs and responsibilities with our two customer-paid arrangements.

Who pays for ingredients and supplies?

Your business pays for the ingredients and supplies used under the agreed prices and supply arrangement. We separate these usage costs from the fixed hire/service fee in the proposal.

Can we charge for drinks?

Yes. This agreement can support selling drinks as well as providing complimentary refreshments. Payment collection and the chosen setup are agreed for your venue.

How do you choose equipment for a busy venue?

We assess drink choice, your busiest period, how quickly the machine can serve and the daily routine. A venue needing a traditional barista service may need a different setup.

Who looks after the machine?

Coffee Network handles agreed maintenance and servicing and provides machine-specific guidance. Your team handles daily cleaning, refilling and the serving area.

Can you supply a smaller workplace?

Yes. We have a range of machine options and can size a setup for a smaller workplace. We look at your location, drinks, attendance and busiest breaks, then agree the equipment and commercial arrangement with you.

What installation, support and terms are included?

Installation, maintenance, support, supplies and contract terms are agreed with you for the placement, taking account of your business and its footfall. Your proposal sets out the inclusions, charges and daily responsibilities before you commit. See how the service works
