Practical coffee guide

Changing your coffee.
With a clear plan.

If you already have a machine or supplier, start with what works, what does not and what you are committed to. We can then assess a suitable Coffee Network setup.

Notice, equipment ownership, removal and any remaining charges belong to the existing agreement. Confirm those details before planning a change.

What would you like to improve?

Write down the problem: drink quality, demand, daily work, supply costs or the coffee agreement. Replacing a machine is only useful if the new setup addresses the actual need.

Check the current commitments

Confirm the existing contract, notice, removal arrangements and any costs with the current supplier. Do not assume a new provider can cancel an agreement or remove equipment it does not own.

Choose the new agreement separately

Compare high-volume hire, shared revenue and hosted coffee against your goal. An existing customer-paid machine does not automatically point to one of those agreements.

Plan the site and handover

Share the space, utilities, access, drink requirements and likely demand. Installation timing and any preparation work are confirmed for your site. Coordinate removal and installation with the parties responsible.

Know the daily routine before you start

Choose the staff responsible for cleaning and refilling, confirm the supplies and support arrangements, and keep the agreed instructions accessible.
