Practical coffee guide

Ready for
the next cup.

A managed station still needs an everyday routine. Plan who will refill, clean and check the serving area, with cover for days they are away.

This is an overview of responsibilities. The supplied instructions for your installed equipment determine the cleaning products, methods and schedule.

Coffee Network station ready for the day in a village community club

Before the station gets busy

Check ingredient levels, cups or reusable mugs, the serving area and the equipment’s status. Follow the supplied storage instructions for each ingredient and the machine’s checks.

Through the day

Keep ingredients topped up, empty waste and the drip tray as instructed, and keep the collection area tidy. Build checks around your actual busy periods rather than assuming a single morning refill is enough.

Daily cleaning

Run the required machine cleaning routine and clean the serving area. Use the correct supplied or approved products and follow the manufacturer’s instructions. A generic online routine should not replace the instructions for your equipment.

Milk systems need their own care

Fresh-milk setups require the agreed refrigeration, storage and milk-system cleaning routine. Confirm responsibility and cover with your team before installation.

Servicing is a separate task

Coffee Network handles maintenance and servicing under your agreement. Report faults to the team with your location and the issue. Daily cleaning remains with the venue.

Make the routine easy to maintain

  • Give the daily tasks a named owner and cover.
  • Keep the supplied instructions accessible.
  • Agree how you will monitor supplies.
  • Keep service access available around the station.
