Where the money goes

One sale.
A visible breakdown.

Start with the customer’s drink price. Deduct the ingredients and supplies and Coffee Network’s agreed share. Your venue receives the remainder, with the smaller daily service charge also to account for.

The per-cup illustration explains the split. Your daily service fee and any other venue costs still need to be accounted for. We confirm the actual figures for your site in your proposal.

Discuss your venue share

One customer-paid drink

£3.00
Ingredients and supplies, including the cup− £0.60
Coffee Network’s per-sale share− £0.50
Venue amount before the daily fee£1.90

Illustrative figures, not a quote. Your daily fee and any other applicable costs still need deducting. A 60p company share instead would leave £1.80 a drink.

From drink to venue income

Clear for your business.

  2. Tap to pay

The Nayax terminal takes the customer’s payment at the station.

  3. We cover the ingredients

Before your first cup

A few useful answers.

What is the daily fee?

It is agreed for your machine and site. Your proposal confirms the amount and whether it applies on days you are closed.

Who controls drink prices and payment fees?

The proposal confirms selling prices, any payment charges, reporting, refunds and how funds are settled. We work through these before installation.

Is the venue amount the same as profit?

No. You still need to account for the daily service fee and any other costs. Actual sales also vary with demand and opening days.

How is this different from hosted coffee?

Here the venue pays a smaller daily fee and receives the remainder of sales after the agreed deductions. With hosted coffee, Coffee Network keeps the initial sales and your venue share starts later, as agreed in your proposal.
