Before your first cup

A few useful answers.

How quickly can you install?

Timing depends on suitable equipment, availability and any site preparation. We confirm the installation plan for your location rather than promising the same lead time for every business.

How are supplies replenished?

The proposal confirms ordering or replenishment arrangements for your location and expected use. Your team refills the machine between deliveries or supply visits.

How do you handle a fault?

Contact the team with the location and issue. Your proposal sets out support access and the scope of maintenance and servicing; we confirm arrangements for your site.

What should be clear before we agree?

Equipment, charges, supply prices, term, daily care, support scope, payment settlement where relevant, and end-of-agreement responsibilities. For hosted coffee, we also agree when venue payments start and how they are worked out.
